I am a certified Coach with over twenty years experience of coaching and mentoring. Our Emotional wellbeing is fundamental to living a happy, fulfilled life and I specialize in helping you transform your life through understanding and managing your emotions. My knowledge of the mind, body connection is central to the success of my clients.

Consultation fees: One session £60 Three sessions £150 Six sessions £270 Twelve sessions £450 The number of sessions you require will depend on the outcome you want. You may want to work on one, or more areas, or you may benefit from a longer time on a specific area that is keeping you stuck. When you have placed an order I will contact you within 48 hours to arrange an initial free 30 minute consultation and schedule your coaching with you. Coaching takes place via telephone, or Skype.
